Get to Know Us

Beulah's Safe Haven is dedicated to honoring the legacy of Tanya Barnes' mother, Beulah, a beloved business owner known for her generosity in their Mississippi hometown. Inspired by her mother’s spirit of giving back, Barnes is committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive. When she received a call from a homeless child living in her car, it became clear to her that action was needed. At Beulah's Safe Haven, we strive to provide support, hope, and a brighter future for every child in need.

We believe that when we support our youth as a community, together we can create a healthier future for Louisiana.
